Why is the Fall Season a good time to invest in your health?
The Fall Season is all about harvest, renewal, and rebalancing. Harvest is the process of collecting the fruits and vegetables of your labor from the seeds that you’ve planted during the Spring and cultivated through the Summer. Fall is the time for creating new things and redesigning things that haven’t worked, which is why educational institutions begin their new year in September.
Fall is also the time of the year when the sky gets cloudier, the leaves shed from twigs and branches, and plants and animals start to prepare for a new season of birth and planting. Fall is also an opportunity to change some health, wellness, and lifestyle habits that may not have produced results so far and to magnify those that have. In order to reboot your thoughts, feelings, actions, habits, and behaviors, you have to being with the fuel that you put in your body, which we call Diet or Nutrition.
Fall is a Time to REBOOT Your Health & Lifestyle Habits, Starting with Diet & Nutrition
Begin your Fall Diet and Nutrition Reboot by looking at your fuel consumption habits: the foods that you choose to intake in order to fund and support your metabolic processes. It is possible to make health dietary, nutritional, and eating choices while also enjoying preparing and eating food at the same time. You don’t have to choose one over the other.
